The picture above is from 2011 when my parents & I got to attend Olivia Newton-John's concert at Westbury Music Fair on Long Island, NY.

 Not only did we get to see her live on stage, but because of the interview I conducted with her that I reference in the above video, we were able to stay after the concert & meet the legendary star herself!

Olivia had a group of people waiting for her, but she first took a few moments to speak with us.

My mom got to tell her that she was a breast cancer survivor to which Olivia shared a few comforting words of encouragement & understanding.

Olivia was just as nice in person as she was on the phone. Then after we finished chatting we took this incredible photo!

This is one of my most cherished pictures because it was a moment my parents got to meet the iconic singer and because they were able to experience a VIP moment with me as a result of one of my interviews.

I am so grateful to Olivia's press rep, Michael Caprio for this whole experience! If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to interview Olivia, get backstage VIP passes to meet Olivia or have this magnificent photo.
