The Best Is Yet To Come: The Music of Cy Coleman

I had another delightful evening at the 59E59 Theaters. I saw "The Best Is Yet To Come: The Music of Cy Coleman" presented by Rubicon Theatre Company, with direction by David Zippel.

Each performer gets equal multiple shining moments as well as times to perform together! Some of the specific solo wow moments come when Rachel York triumphs on "Come Summer," Lillias White belts the roof off of "Never Met A Man I Didn't Like/The Oldest Profession," Billy Stritch seduces with "It Amazes Me" and "Some Kind of Music," Howard McGillin dazzles with "I'd Give The World," and David Burnham mesmerizes on "I've Got Your Number." Together, Rachel and David scored big on "Only The Rest Of My Life," Billy and Lillias with "Little Me," Sally and Howard on "The Measure of Love," while the whole cast delighted with "Those Hands," "The Best Is Yet To Come," the money medley "Five Zeroes," "On The Other Side Of The Tracks," "Big Spender," "Never Enough," "I Wanna Be Friends," and megamix "It's Not Where You Start," "If My Friends Could See Me Now," "Hey There, Good Times," and "We're Nothing Without You."
