1. Who inspired you to become a performer? Bernadette Peters and Joanna Gleason in the PBS airing of "Into the Woods," which I watched hundreds of times, before the age of 9.

2. What's your most embarrassing audition? A friend recommended me to audition for "Millie" with a company she used to work for. I crashed a day of appointments via name dropping. I was not informed that we were supposed to prepare "Gimme, gimme." I didn't know it, didn't own it...but I showed up and went in anyway. I had to explain the situation, apologize, and do the random song I had prepared. They said, "You're great and had you shown up a few days ago, we may have just used you for our season. But you're not a Millie." I said, "I know, thank you." and walked out. Or maybe it was the audition when I wasn't wearing underwear...and forgot until I got down on the floor...and suddenly remembered when i realized I would have to stand up again...in my dress...

3. What's the highest and lowest note you can sing? Low F to high D.

4. Favorite Musical? Rent.

5. Favorite Play? Anna in the Tropics and Red Light Winter.

6. Favorite Actor? Raul Esparza. Actress? Daphne Rubin-Vega.

7. Favorite Talk Show Host? Conan O' Brien.

8. What's in your purse? Wallet, ipod, keys, cellphone, eyeglasses, receipts, pens, makeup, and dirty tissues.

9. Favorite kind of shoes? Big ol' clunky platformy lace up knee high boots.

10. Books or magazines? Books...when I have the time. I especially love reading "How to..." books on writing screenplays and plays. They have kept me productive.
